Our Models

We have two outsourcing models which you can choose from.

Project based approach

We can handle your work on a per project basis. You can take advantage of this model during regular work, overflow or to add extra capacity quickly and provide your clients on time delivery. We can assemble a team quickly to execute your projects within a short timeframe without any compromise in quality or delay of the project.

This model will be useful when you have a project and not sure if you can complete it within the timeframe. This can also be used to assess our quality and service levels for a length of period before deciding to choose as your full time off-shore partner.

Per staff model

This is our most common method of engagement with our clients. Our staff performs similar roles as your existing staff. We have qualified CFA's, MBA’s and CA’s and they can be assembled according to a product or a sector to match up to your requirement. They will help in shortening your idea to product cycle or act as an idea generating partner relating to specific investment products or research.

The team will be working exclusively for your tasks and you can direct their work. There will be a single point of contact and you can chat, mail or talk to them directly. This is like running your own off-shore office but without any associated overheads.
