Outsourcing Process

Once the engagement is finalized, we assign a project manager for you, to ensure an easy and quick, two-way flow of communication. They will be instantly available for you in IM (Skype), e-mail or phone. An exclusive team with one or more resources will be assembled based on the requirement of the project. Broadly, these are various stages involved in the outsourcing process, and this is customized based on your individual requirement.

Requirement analysis

Our team studies your requirement thoroughly and understands the objectives. Quite often, a new engagement starts with a short term FREE pilot project. This helps both of us in understanding the project, and the deliverables so that the engagement is smoother.

Report

Based on your requirement we build a team, carefully selected from our pool of analysts to suit your need. They will use the data provided by you or from other sources and prepare the necessary reports as agreed upon with you. The completed reports are reviewed by other members of the team before sending them to you.

Quality control

The reviewed report is then submitted to the quality control team. This quality assurance team then checks for comprehensiveness and reliability of data, thorough analysis and accuracy of results. This quality control team also uses the procedures, guidelines and checklists as agreed with you.

Internal assessment

The QA-approved report is presented before a committee comprising experts and senior managers. The report is submitted to the client only after it has satisfied all our quality check points and approved by the senior committee.
